Mysql Problem

Irgendwelche Probleme mit XAMPP für Mac OS X? Dann ist hier genau der richtige Ort um nachzufragen.

Hallo! Hilfe!
Ich habe XAMPP 1.7.3 auf OSX 10.6.8.
Nach der Installation und starten über die Controls App steht im XAMPP Status-Check:
MySQL-Datenbank DEAKTIVIERT.
Im Sicherheitscheck steht alles auf unbekannt.


phpmyadmin gibt mir nix als folgende zeile:

vielleicht kann mir ja jemand helfen. Bitte!

Oh Gott ich habs gelöst!
Leute ich sag euch, so viel Zeit ... und MAMP und AMPPS und ZendServer. Nix hat bei mir funktioniert und ich hab einfach nicht gecheckt was los war (Man muss dazu sagen ich bin ein absoluter Neuling (: )
und das war das Problem:
Aus irgendeinem Grund hatte ich ein php.ini file im root-verzeichnis meines computers. Wie das dahin kam kann ich nur vermuten, hatte wahrscheinlich bei Filezilla keinen lokalen Ordner angegeben für download-files und irgendwann eben diese datei dorthin geladen.
Ausgesehen hat diese datei interessanter weise so:

Und XAMPP hat scheinbar dadurch dass dieses file in root lag, dieses file statt dem eigenen eingelesen!!
Jetzt kam mir die Zeile "PHP: syntax error, unexpected '{' in /php.ini on line 1" doch irgendwie eigenartig vor und so hab ichs gefunden. Da kann man sich echt auch ärgern. Statt dass man mal genau hinsieht ...
So, danke trotzdem, ohne dieses Forum hätt' ich das Problem nicht gefunden :)
