Problem with XAMP on Mac and FLOW3 using declare statement

Hi!

It seems one of the zend string optimizers does not work properly.
I get an error stating, that the declare statement needs to be the first statement in the file. And it is.
On the PC this works fine, and other people with a macports php version say it is fine with them.

I am using XAMP 1.7.2a.
