How to change SQL security parameters in OSX?

Today, july 10, I still haven't had a reply to this question:

Please excuse me for asking this question in English.

I've just installed XAMPP on my mac (intel) and want to change the SQL security parameters.
How?

This doesn't make any sense top me:

The green marked points are secure; the red marked points are definitively unsecure and the yellow marked points couldn't be checked (for example because the sofware to check isn't running).

To fix or close all these matters simply call

/Applications/xampp/xamppfiles/mampp security

This will start an interactive program.


What to do?
What does '/Applications/xampp/xamppfiles/mampp security' mean?
