postgresql rebuilding howto wanted

Hi,

since the addon is not working out of the box on linux, I'm looking for the building instruction, so I can rebuild everything without reinventing the wheel.

A brief summary how to do it is also fine.

I will upgrade to the latest versions vor 1.5.4.a
