TROUBLE TO START APACHE

Hi everybody,
I have just installed xampp, and type /opt/xampp/xamp/ start to start it . But I get this following message
XAMPP: Starting Apache...
XAMPP: Error 1! Couldn't start Apache!
XAMPP: XAMPP-MySQL is already running.
XAMPP: A FTP daemon is already running.
XAMPP for Solaris started.

What cam I do to fix it?
