However, in case you are able to understand or translate English, I will share with you my solution:
Possibly the simplest solution is to create a symbolic link from /usr/local/bin/perl to the actual perl interpreter that you intend for the system to use.
However, my approach was more drastic, and I was able to solve it using this method:
1. edit /usr/local/bin/autom4te, and modify the path to the perl interpreter, such that it points to a valid perl interpreter on your system. I think this is in 3 places.
2. edit /usr/local/bin/autoheader, and modify the path to the perl interpreter, such that it points to a valid perl interpreter on your system. I think this is also referenced 3 times in this file
