Error 137 under Solaris 9

I did the install correctly, but when i try to run xampp start i get
"XAMPP: Error 137! Couldnt start Apache!"

and in the apachestart.log file
"ld.so.1: /opt/xampp/binhttp: fatal: libiconv.so.2: open failed: No such file or directory
Killed"

I couldnt find libiconv.so.2 file anywhere on my system.

I have spent the last hour or so trying to find where the directory or file is being called for with no luck. please any help someone can pass my way would be appriciated.
