Jeder hier hat seinen Grund, warum er z.B. WordPress einsetzt - ich weil, weil das System einfach nahezu unendlich erweiterbar ist - für praktisch jeden Einsatzzweck. Die WordPress-Community ist eine der tollsten Online-Communities die ich kenne - und unendlich leistungsfähig, superfreundlich und allgemein hilfsbereit. Kritische Begleiter kann WordPress auch brauchen - ich wünschte dass du bis in das Core-Team kommst mit deinen Ideen, Ansätzen u

Die weltweite WordPress-Community ist eine der genialsten Netz-Erfahrungen die ich je gemacht habe - ganz ehrlich

woher - und wie sonst sollten denn fast 60 TSD Plugins zustande kommen.. - und der Support dafür (ganz zu schweigen von den Themes) Also - die WordPress-/(Community-Statistiken sinds, die mich hier halten. vgl. etwa auch: https://kinsta.com/de/blog/wordpress-statistiken/

- derzeit werden praktisch 50 % aller Websites weltweit mit WordPress betrieben.
- WordPress kommt mit einem Riesenangebot an Themes und Plugins.
- WordPress wird in weit mehr als 200 Sprachen übersetzt, was seine globale Reichweite unterstreicht.


Und das alles wird in Foren auf der ganzen Welt supported, beraten und unterstützt - durch ganz viele nette Leute - ganz zu schweigen von denen die nicht hier (im Forum) sind - also die weltweit an diesem tollen Projekt WordPress arbeiten und es täglich weiter ausbauen: im gesamten WordPress-Projekt steckt die Entwicklerleistung von weit mehr als 200 Mann-Jahren drinne... uns zum Nutzen...

Deshalb bin ich hier.

Und dann gibt es noch die WordCamps:ie WordCamps - sie sind regelmäßige Treffen - auf dem ganzen Globus.

WordCamps - das sind gemeinnützige Community-Veranstaltungen : sie werden von Freiwilligen auf der ganzen Welt organisiert und durchgeführt. Diese WordCamp-Events - sie sind sehr sehr verschiedenartig strukturiert - und können viele Formen annehmen: sie können zum Beispiel Städte, Regionen oder sogar Länder repräsentieren.

Das Tolle: Die WordCamps werden immer interessanter und in ihrem Auftritt auch kreativer - man könnte sagen "leistungsfähiger". Die WordCamps sie verbinden User mit User - und user mit der Entwicklergemeinde. Es sind wie Schnittstellen. Neue Standorte werden regelmäßig hinzugefügt, da die Community-Mitglieder die Verantwortung für die Organisation von Veranstaltungen übernehmen, entsprechend den gestiegenen Anforderungen in Gebieten, die noch kein etabliertes WordCamp haben. Eines der allerersten WordCamps wurde im Jahre 2006 von Matt Mullenweg selbst in San Francisco organisiert. Mittlerweile gibt es weit über 1000 WordCamps in mehr als 100 Städten, in und fast 100 Ländern und auf allen Kontinenten.
