well there are so many websites available where you can learn Wordpress, I'll suggest you go with WPbeginners and WordPress tutorial. if you want to learn through Video tutorial then check Youtube - you see many many great examples - free - ( be aware: Udemy is pretty expansive and worthless. Nobody needs this) see on the other handside the many free tutorial on the net - eg. those of AnnMCarthy - on Youtube.
