The focus of the methodology is the feedback cycle: Build-Measure-Learn. So do, measure and learn. Product development is therefore in a permanent evaluation process. The motto behind it: Don't build anything that nobody needs!

Build
The creation process of the product is a big experiment. There is uncertainty as to whether the product is even needed. That is why this cycle is also carried out.
