how to set up a multiboot - system on a notebook

hello dear all, good evening dear Apache-Friends,


i have a new notebook - i want to have a installation two linux-systems on it.

- first installation should be opensuse
- furthermore i want to have the option to install another linux-system

question:

- how to do the partition of the drive!?
- how to set up the dualboot-system? Note; i need to have DUAL-Boot

do i need to configure GRUB2 ? How to do that.

First of all - i think that i have to do a partition table. Should i do this with GParted!?
