For my single business, I use Zoho One. I can't comment to having 5-6 users collaborate, but it appears that the capability exists.

There are several things I don't like about it, but it's already saving me money compared to my former Quickbooks membership, plus whatever I would have spent on Zapier, my forms tool, a CRM, and project management. I couldn't locate any that I liked, let alone one that I wanted to pay for. For the time being, I'm still using Office 365. Even though Zoho could technically do the job, that's one I don't want to give up.
