I'm trying to set up a link to a php blog engine.
I'm new to this
The < DocumentRoot "/usr/local/apache/docs" works !
but when I set the DocumentRoot to the location of the php blog's index.php I get this error

I included this to show you the owner and group settings. I've tried a root owner and get the same 403 error.
This may or maynot be the safest settup...I just wanted to test this blog engine to see if iit would meet my needs. I've read something about setting up a "virtual" reference in my httpd.conf
