Trouble running GUI manager

I noticed at least two users who were using Ubuntu with the GUI manager,
since they were trying to get it to auto-start.

I've installed fine and everything I've tried works except for the GUI manager.

XAMPP 8.2.12-0

Ubuntu 20.04.6 LTS

Brought up control panel via command line:

sudo /opt/lampp/manager-linux-x64.run

When I hit "Go To Application" I get:

Any ideas on how I can get the GUI Manager to work?
