how to install ssl in xampp

Good morning community, has someone been able to install an SSL certificate in Xampp, I have tried several methods, but I have not been able to, can someone help me.

That is a Xampp for Windows Tutorial, not Linux.

Please explain far more precisely, what you did, what happened, error messages etc.. "Install SSL in Xampp" is plain nonsense, SSL is a protocoll and does not need to be installed. You probably want to install certificates for Apache that are needed for SSL requests.
