HTTP Error 500

Postby Ricardocurto » 30. June 2023 20:08

Hi everybuddy!!

I'm using Zorin OS 16 with Gnome, and my server is Xampp 8.0.28-0 Im using either chrome and Firefox browsers. I have installed Wordpress (last version actually: 6.22) with no problens, running ok in a local Xampp.
Then I have tried to initiate another local project in a non MySQL database (flatdatabase) and another one more with another flat database CMS. In both cases, same error goes up when trying to load proyects with flat database locally: HTTP ERROR 500.

I have read all written about this error in Google, and down some clever things (deleting .htaccess in the proyect folder, changing permissions to some folders of the proyect...) Noway!! HTTP 500 error is back and back again!

Can anybody here more expert than me gove me a helping hand, please? I will be thankfull!!

Grate place, grate people too!!

Greetings from Canary Islands, in Spain

read the Apache error.log and the php error log.
Error 500 can have so many reasons. You cannot solve the problem without knowing the reason for it
