Xampp in localhost

I am using xampp on an embedded computer using Ubuntu 20.04 LTS. It went well but now it does something strange.

booting xampp seems to go fine on localhost, but I am using xamp on an embedded computer using Ubuntu 20.04 LTS. It went well but now it does something strange. I am connected to an ethernet remote I/O that has two embedded ethernet switch ports. Pointing with the ip should go to the web console, but I also get xampp, instead of the web console. How is it possible?
