two versions of PHP

Hello everybody
I am new and have little experience,
I pass immediately to the problem, I have a linux machine with xammp version 7.3.4 installed that run some applications developed in php, the machine is on my local network and not accessible from the outside in any way
For one of these applications I have to upgrade and it requires me to use at least the version of php 8.0
Polythropus the others with version 8.0 do not work so I have to keep version 7.3.4.
I wanted to know if I have the possibility to have installed two version of php, so that for some programs I use version 7.3.4 and for what it requires version 8.0
Searching on the internet it seems to me something possible but the guides found do not refer to xammp so I find myself in difficulty
