Lost access to MariaDB after miscunfigured SSL=on

I made a mistake on my MariaDB-10-4, as I was trying to secure phpmyadmin.
On phpmyadmin Privileges tab, I changed security to SSL, but without creating the certificates before.
Now I no longer have access to mysql with any user.
Is there a way to reverse this acction?
