shortcuts creation problem

Hello, on August 10 I downloaded and installed xampp for linux. I created a shortcut and everything worked fine then I decided to encrypt my system and since veracrypt cannot encrypt the linux system partition in use I decided to reinstall manjaro.
Since I reinstalled 4 times because I believed a problem that would have arisen during the installation but no. As soon as I want to launch the xampp shortcut on my desktop, nothing happens. I tried directly, from the lampp folder, run linux manager but I got a "background" color error ????
Is a package problem?
Can you please help me solve this problem?
I run my xampp from terminal, it doesn't bother me, what bugs me is that I don't know where it comes from.
