rm: cannot remove '/opt/lampp/logs/httpd.pid': Read-only fil

in terminal :
:~$ sudo /opt/lampp/lampp status
Version: XAMPP for Linux 7.4.9-0
rm: cannot remove '/opt/lampp/logs/httpd.pid': Read-only file system
Apache is not running.
rm: cannot remove '/opt/lampp/var/mysql/[root].pid': Read-only file system
MySQL is not running.
ProFTPD is not running.
I've also tried deleting files --> /opt/lampp/logs/httpd.pid and /opt/lampp/var/mysql/[root].pid
I've also tried to delete the file, but the file can't be deleted
