How to enable HTTPS on CENTOS

I have successfully install and running XAMPP in a CENTOS v8; however, I have a need to enable HTTPS but cannot find any information on how to do so.

Simply google for "Xampp Linux https" and you get tons of information. There is no difference between CentOS and other distributions for enabling SSL in Xampp.
