GD JPEG support on LINUX

I upgrade to the last version of XAMPP (7.4.1) and it's not have JPEG Support in Graphic Library.
I see that this Library is the same version (GD 2.2.5) of the previous XAMPP version.
I use linux platform (fedora 31 x86_64), i can't see if this bug is in other platforms..
I create a fresh install and the same result, but in 7.3 its works!
