Why i don't like Xamp? (Part 2)

MariaDB 10.1.38 which is included in XMAPP 7.3.2 was released 2019-02-06

XAMPP stands for "(X)Platform, (A)pache, (M)ariaDB, (P)HP, (P)erl
Of course that means that PHP is the focussed language here.
Noone forces you to use XAMPP. If XAMPP does not fit your needs feel free to use something different.
