XAMPP gui buttons create error in terminal

I recently downloaded XAMMP 7.3.1-0 on my Kubuntu 18.04 OS system. I was easily able to correct the MySQL Database start issue, but when i went to click on the button Get Started, it gave me this error:

As I tried the other buttons ( Go To Application, Open Application Folder, etc), i recieved more errors.

I dont know, what you are doing there, but to keep it as simple as possible:

Open a terminal, cd into /opt/lampp and enter the following command:

sudo ./lampp start

If everything succeeds, you can start a browser and proceed to http://localhost
