I need to clearing my PHPMYADMIN cache, but i dont know how?

Hello, im configuring moodle in debian 9.5.0 using XAMPP ver 7.0.31, last night i make an error in moodle, and to fix that error i must delete some tables in phpmyadmin, after that i must to clearing my phpmyadmin cache, but i dont know how,, please help me

There is no phpmyadmin cache. Restart MySQL if in doubt and clear browser cache if in doubt, then login to phpmyadmin.
