No, i don't use any webdevelopment bundles on android.

I dont think there is s fully featured PHP Interpreter for Android, nor any fully featured MySQL Database for Android. PhpMyAdmin is only a GUI which requires a Webserver, a PHP Interpreter and a MySQL Database System.
