Problem starting GUI on OpenSUSE Leap 42.3

I am trying to access the graphical interface by entering 'sudo /opt/lampp/manager-linux-x64.run'
Unfortunately it won't start and will show this error message: 'Unknown Error no display name and no $DISPLAY environment variable'
Is there a certain framework or package required to have the GUI run?
