Hi i'm facing some trouble in apache2, so we have Ubuntu 16 server setup on AWS with the apache2 installed, now when users are exploring the website and its total AJAX based request and response, at any random time when accessing different URL's within website throws an error in ajax request instead of showing the page, here's what error it gives
"Url: events StatusText: error Status: 0 resp: undefined"

And I can't figure out why this is happening is it because of some bad config at our server? or some kind of bug? please help me ASAP, it happens everyday at random times.

SO can you point me in right direction for more support on apache?

You need specific support for the apache2 ubuntu package, so i would suggest you search for a ubuntu specific or general apache support board.
I don't know any, so i cannot tell you any URL.
