Problem on fresh install Ubuntu 17.10

I just did a fresh install of Ubuntu 17.10 and wanted to reinstall Xampp on my computer. On 17.04 everything worked fine, but here, at the end of the install, something strange happens: the command line stays blocked on
Later, a /opt/lampp/lampp start gives :
Any guess of what happens? Is it due to the ubuntu upgrade or something else?

Setup has finished installing XAMPP on your computer.
Later, a /opt/lampp/lampp start gives :

/opt/lampp/share/xampp/xampplib: ligne 22: netstat : commande introuvable
fail.
XAMPP: Starting diagnose...
XAMPP: Sorry, I've no idea what's going wrong.
XAMPP: Please contact our forum http://www.apachefriends.org/f/
Last 10 lines of "/opt/lampp/logs/error_log":
tail: impossible d'ouvrir '/opt/lampp/logs/error.log' en lecture: Aucun fichier ou dossier de ce type
XAMPP: Starting MySQL.../opt/lampp/share/xampp/xampplib: ligne 22: netstat : commande introuvable
ok.

ok.
Any guess of what happens? Is it due to the ubuntu upgrade or something else?
