I just did a fresh install of Ubuntu 17.10 and wanted to reinstall Xampp on my computer. On 17.04 everything worked fine, but here, at the end of the install, something strange happens: the command line stays blocked on
Setup has finished installing XAMPP on your computer.
Later, a /opt/lampp/lampp start gives :
Starting XAMPP for Linux 7.1.10-0...
XAMPP: Starting Apache.../opt/lampp/share/xampp/xampplib: ligne 22: netstat : commande introuvable
/opt/lampp/share/xampp/xampplib: ligne 22: netstat : commande introuvable
fail.

XAMPP: Sorry, I've no idea what's going wrong.

Last 10 lines of "/opt/lampp/logs/error_log":

Any guess of what happens? Is it due to the ubuntu upgrade or something else?
