Load balancer URL to access phpMyAdmin

We have a load balancer and clients will use the Load balancer URL to access PHPAdmin. This load balancer will point to either Node1 or Node2. Node1 has Apache ,PHP and MYSql and Node2 has Apache, PHP.

Now we are unable to connect to PHPAdmin from Load balancer URL. We get the error message #2002 unable to connect to MYSql. Please let us know how we can utilize load balancer with 2 nodes and connect to MYSQL database.
