cronolog..xampp won't start with it..

Hi Guys,

Anyone had any joy get any sort of log rotation working with XAMPP, I did a standard cronolog install from source and it runs fine from the command line but XAMPP won't start when I add the config lines to the httpd.conf file.

Customlog "|/usr/local/sbin/cronolog /www/logs/daab/%Y:%m_daab_access.log"

ErrorLog "|/usr/local/sbin/cronolog /www/logs/daab/%Y:%m_daab_error.log"

I had a nosey at the error logs but there is nothing obvious there.
I commented the lines out and Apache started no problem.
I had a search for cronolog and XAMPP on Google and got one link to a german site with a cronolog XAMPP addon but naturally the link is dead..

Anyone else had any success..
