phpMyAdmin - Error Wrong permissions on configuration file,

Hello, I galley every day and always the same error: phpMyAdmin - Error

Wrong permissions on configuration file, shoulds not be world writable!

I tried all the permitions from 0755 until 777 on config.inc.php but it has nothing to do does not work and I was not access phpmyadmin. I installed xampp several times again and again but nothing.
What is this problem ?? I have this first time
