How do I start XAMMP or find it?

I installed XAMMP got it to run spent about 5 minutes playing around with it had to go to work, whilst at work power went out computer rebooted, ended up working 12 hrs a day 7 days a week for 19 days so never had a chance to do anything with it, NOW I have time would like to continue where I left off.

I type XAMMP into the Menu search box it returns nothing, no XAMMP icon on my desktop, now what I cant even find or get back to the page I used to install to retrace my steps.

If all else fails how do I completely install remove all traces of XAMMP and start over?

Thanks in advance.

Code: Select all
sudo rm -rf /opt/lampp

But I cannot teach you Linux any further, please dont ask deeper, this is not a Linux board.
