How to download xampp-linux*-installer.run

Hi,
Today, I want to install new Xampp on Opensuse Leap.
But when I get it from download link. It is xampp-linux*-installer.bin (not xampp-linux*-installer.run)
So, I want to get xampp-linux*-installer.run. How?
I can see xampp-linux*-installer.run in link https://sourceforge.net/projects/xampp/files/XAMPP%20Linux/5.6.21/
But when download finish, it is xampp-linux*-installer.bin
Please help

So what is the problem? A name means nothing, simply download the file and execute it.
