New xampp installation uses all memory

Hello,
I'm new to xampp. I followed a tutorial to install it and I have a memory problem. When I start the servers(which start successfully) my memory(8GB) increases very fast until 100%(also takes about 1 giga swap). After that I cannot do anything and stopping lampp memory doesn't release and stays high until a reboot.
The machine uses about 10% or less of memory until xampp running.
How to find what causes this problem and hopefully solve it?
