How to add development files after standard installation ?

Hello, I already installed and configured (and used) xampp (5.6.15)on debian but without development files.
Now I need Imagic and it seems that I can't add it without having that files.

Also I find only the .run package that I think will clear my actual configuration, also how can I just add the development files without breaking everything ?
