using ssl with xampp

Experts,

I am trying to get SSL with XAMPP, so far no luck. we use Mr. password for using multi level passwords for some users. Anyway, nothing is secured for simplicity. Now XAMPP 5.6.12 version is installed and mr password installed using http, I have GoDaddy key and certificate. How can I apply that cert in order to use ssl? Thank You
