Featured Image - Permission Blocked

When I try upload a Featured Image in configure Post receive this message:
"image_background.png
Unable to create directory wp-content/uploads/2015/11. Is its parent directory writable by the server?"
Directory "wp-content/uploads/2015/11" doesn't exist! But the directory "wp-content/uploads" exist! I consult the permissions of the directory and this is that "drwxr-xr-x 2 ede ede 4096 Nov 3 15:32 uploads"
My questions is! How I resolve this situation?
