xamp Ubuntu Serv - NGinx Apache 2.0 - Plz The Correct way?

Postby arcanisgk » 28. August 2015 18:42

Hello friends, I'm looking for this information.
I have a microsite to do surveys on public opinions and I thought that maybe get many request petitions, over 100,000, in this case I read that the best options before apache is nginx, I would like to know how to change the xampp installed to run with nginx. if there are any installation tutorial passing I appreciate me if I share.

if truth is a big question what would be the right path.
what would be the technologies that should be implemented in reality.

.Thank you.

There are so many webserver stacks available, why don't you simply search for one already including nginx?
We don't provide any support via personal channels like PM, email, Skype, TeamViewer!

You cannot use nginx and Xampp. Xampp relies on Apache and thats it. Either, or.

If you like to use nginx instead, you have to look somewhere else. If i were you, i would look for a linux server installation which also delivers nginx. This is mostly preconfigured if you install it out of the repository (which are used for most linux distributions). As your are already running Ubuntu Server, do NOT use Xampp (delete it, if you already installed it), but install nginx, PHP, MySQL etc. from the repository (use the standard Software Installation Application from Ubuntu).
