i bought a VPS and tried to install xampp on centos 6.x
installation was easy with Xampp 1.8.3.
but,when the installation was finished,i can't visit http://localhost for configuration cuz Putty remote is all i got.
pls help me....

What is a "VPS"?

If you like to run a webserver (which is NOT your local PC), you have to apply the domain name instead of localhost (localhost is your local PC), i.e. http://www.yourdomain.com
