XAMPP working, but... no webpage loaded

Hi everyone!
I had XAMPP running ok, with some applications on the server. Everything ok. And then...
Power failure.
The server was restarted, but the web server didn't work. I restarted lampp service, and:
root@webserver:/opt/lampp# ./lampp restart
Restarting XAMPP for Linux 1.8.3-1...
XAMPP: Stopping Apache...fail.
apachectl returned 1.
XAMPP: Stopping MySQL...ok.
XAMPP: Stopping ProFTPD...kill: uso: kill [-s id_señal | -n num_señal | -id_señal] pid | idtrabajo ... ó kill -l [id_señal] fail.
kill returned 1.
XAMPP: Starting Apache...already running.
XAMPP: Starting MySQL...already running.
XAMPP: Starting ProFTPD...already running.
It looks like there is a problem stopping ProFTPD service, but overall it looks ok. Apache is running, MySQL is running, and ProFTPD is running.
Then, from another Pc, I try to access to the webserver, but there is no way to connect to webserver. No webpage is loaded.
More info:
when I execute "netstat", I can't see no port 80 connection.
What can I do?
Thanks a lot!
Flyns.
