XAMPP 1.8.2 Manager

I installed XAMPP on Linux Mint 15 tonight. The graphical Manger came up after the install and everything is working fine. After closing the Manager I cannot figure out how to start it again.

I am not sure where it is located but I would like to add it to my start menu. Is this possible?
