how to enable the mod_spelling in httpd.conf?

It is mod_speling (one l) and NOT mod_spelling (two ll). Simply delete the "#" from the appropriate "LoadModule ..." in httpd.conf and restart Apache.

i already do that but still no result, are this mod can use for making the apache in centos case insensitive. I already try to use CheckCaseOnly On but no result.
