Iinstall XAMPP under second user and lost access for this user (maybe this is problem)

Launch XAMPP with SUDO

open page: "localhost" - everything good, can see XAMPP page
make folder "shop" in "/opt/lampp/htdocs/", trying to open "localhost/shop" - browser don't open page, but trying to SAVE it.

I didn't change any config files not in Apach, not in Xampp, no ever...

WHY LIKE THIS? WHAT I SHOULD CHANGE TO SEE my site by this link: "localhost/shop" ???

in windows - no problem at all... on ubunta - =(((

I tryed to fix that prblem by myself, looked forums, but no one wrote about this...

so i just delete xampp files from this dir and copy my files there - all work.. but i don't thing thats nice way
