Bind xampp webinterface to one perticular ip

Hi,

I have installed xampp on ubuntu 12.04 LTS. i have two ips on my server. i want to bind xampp web interface only on one ip.. that means xampp web interface would be able to access from one particular ip among two on server.

Can any body please guide me on this..
