Mod_Perl Compile Options for RT

Hello,

First off, I want to thank and congradulate you on a fine contribution to the open source world. Xampp makes setting up systems so easy, more tools should be this easy to use.

One question I had is what options were used to compile mod_perl? I am installing RT and it needs mod_perl compiled with the EVERYTHING=1. Is this the case with the mod_perl in Xampp?

Also was it complied as a DSO or not?
