As I can make it work and Xampp firebird2.5SS-amd64-linux-x64-1.8.2-installer.run in ubuntu 10.04 server. This I have done:
- Install firebird first checked to work and was a success.
- Then install xampp 1.8.2 I did the test I 'localhost' and it worked.
- Then stop the service in / op / lampp / lampp stop.
Finally I went to / opt / lampp / etc / php.ini file and modify changing; interbase.so interbase.so by changing the path after the extensions' / opt/lampp/lib/php/extensions/no-debug- non-zts-20100525 'and save.
yet to make a php file containing phpinfo () me everything except the module list interbase.so this file is not found in the directory '/ opt/lampp/lib/php/extensions/no-debug-non-zts-20100525 '.
I can do please help is it took several days and I could not get it to work.
