Hi there,
Is there a way to upgrade the PHP & MySQL version of XMAPP 1.7.7 on Ubuntu 12.04.

Hi,
upgrading any of the core components of XAMPP is not supported.
XAMPP is just supported as the bundle it is.

Hey Thanks Altrea ! but is it possible to upgrade the entire xampp ? if yes, how ?

There are upgrade packages from 1.7.7 -> 1.8.0 and from 1.8.0 -> 1.8.1 on
sourceforgeNever tried them by myself.
